Master Jayanta Thapa – 7th Dan !!!

Himalayan Tiger Taekwondo Academy is proud to celebrate, our club founder and lead instructor, Master Jayanta Thapa having attained the prestigious rank of 7th Dan at the High Dan Promotion Test held by UK Kukkiwon Office and British Taekwondo on 23rd November 2025 at the National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester.

This momentous milestone demonstrates the skill, commitment and spirit required to progress to the highest ranks recognising decades of training, teaching and service to Taekwondo. Advancing to a high Dan grade highlights the strength, depth and continued growth of high-level expertise within our academy.
